Sandro Schmid from Fribourg-Gottéron has to watch two more games.

In Fribourg-Gottéron’s 6-1 win over EHC Biel, striker Sandro Schmid tripped a referee and was suspended as a precaution. The National League Disciplinary Committee has now announced that the 22-year-old will receive three game suspensions, one of which he has already served.

Schmid will therefore not be back in action until next Tuesday against Lugano, against Davos (Friday) and Bern (Saturday) the Dragons will have to do without him. In addition, Schmid is fined 3,300 francs. (che)
